"How do you turn a company's core value — human energy — into a place you can move through?"

Chevron builds its identity on a single idea: human energy. The workplace takes that literally, translating the company's values into space, light and movement rather than logos on a wall. The palette follows the brand at 80/20 — a calm neutral ground of warm oak, pale stone and soft grey, lifted by measured bursts of Chevron blue and a warm terracotta that reads as energy itself. The heart of the plan is the touch-down: a double-height arrival where a sculptural staircase, reeded-glass screens and curved lounge seating open onto full-height glazing and green views. Work is treated as something fluid rather than fixed — open Steelcase stations flow into quiet lounges, Framery phone booths and relax zones, so people can choose how and where they work through the day. The chevron itself surfaces as pattern: a zigzag rhythm carved into tall glass partitions, a subtle linework across counters, one mark threaded quietly through the building. Support spaces carry the same care as the showpiece ones. A light-filled canteen wraps around planted banquettes in warm orange; the coffee shop, convenience store and pantries keep daily life close at hand; and human-centred rooms — a prayer room, a mother's room, a first-aid room — make the workplace genuinely inclusive. A separate meeting building extends the language into conference rooms, pre-function and break areas for gathering at scale. Running beneath it all is an art concept drawn from water, ocean and recycled materials — energy renewed. Mixed-media art walls of fabric, reclaimed material and 3D relief, together with a fluid signature sculpture, close the loop between Chevron's message and the spaces that carry it.
